Visitor Services and Public Guide:
The Star-Spangled Banner Flag House and Museum (Flag House) is looking to hire an individual for part-time employment. The pay rate is $16 an hour for up to 20 hours per week. At this time, the Flag House is unable to provide health benefits with this position (vision, medical, dental).

The house and attached Museum tell Mary’s story as a female entrepreneur in early Baltimore who built a successful business during a time where opportunities for women were few.

*Please note: no one candidate will be a perfect fit for this job. The skills and experience needed to be successful in this job exist on a spectrum and frequently cited statistics show that candidates with disabilities, BIPOC candidates, women, and members of marginalized and/or systematically excluded groups typically apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. The Star-Spangled Banner Flag House highly encourages everyone to apply, even if you do not think you fit each qualification perfectly.
